Older Adult Technology Training
Older Adult Technology Training sessions offer one-on-one training to anyone who is new to the computer or want to improve their technological skills. The training sessions may begin with introducing and familiarizing seniors to basic computing and fundamental concepts. Instructors use hands-on teaching and coaching approaches to assist senior adults to navigate and communicate using a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. With mastery of computer fundamentals, sessions may progress to basic internet usage, internet safety, email creation and usage, Microsoft applications, and more.
This training can assist older adults with adapting to the new ways social and corporate organizations are requiring their customers to apply for or managing accounts online.
